Dancing on Cocoa Beans

Dancing on cocoa beans is a tradition in the Caribbean country of Trinidad & Tobago, done to smoothen and polish the beans before selling on the market, and after they have been fermented and dried. Cocoa beans are ground down to make cocoa powder, used to make chocolate.
